    Description

    1935-1936 Cast iron Chevrolet Panel Delivery Truck?.approx 3-7/8" long(commonly referred to the 4 inch series) X 2 in wide...3 piece casting..truck body, chrome plated grille (has been painted over in silver) and fenders...made by the Arcade Manufacturing Company,

    , Illinois.....original white rubber tires show age...one slips off the axle...the peening on that axle needs to be widened....original paint seen inside of body is blue and the finders were red....the caps on the white rubber tire were originally painted red....the entire toy was over painted by a prior owner who liked Army Olive Drab.....probably went better with his cast iron army men....the underside of the chassis is stamped "261"......the underside of the radiator is stamped "G" and "S"....there are no cracks or breaks to the casting.....easy restoration....remove the tires and axles and all comes apart for easy paint removal and repainting....
