We are a family-owned and operated business that began in 1998 and opened our current location in 2003 in Calcutta, OH. We are sometimes asked if we are located in Washington DC because of our name, but we are not, as “DC” are the initials of the owner’s first names. We offer a full selection of services and musical products.
We have everything from stringed instruments such as guitars, banjos, and violins, etc., to keyboards, drums, percussion accessories, brass and woodwind instruments, software, lighting and sound systems, books, other musical accessories, and more! We offer repairs, rentals, layaway, lessons, installations, and other services as well. Here on our website and at our store, you will find many new and used items that come in faster than we can put them online. So if you’re a local customer be sure to stop in and check out our selection at the store for many items that may not be on our website.
We guarantee you the lowest prices in our wide selection of products and services, so if you find a lower advertised price, bring it in and we’ll beat it! We’re always happy to work with you while providing friendly and professional service. Our store hours are Monday - Saturday, 10-8 PM & Sundays 11-4 PM.

Your Order Return Rights
You are entitled to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by creating a return through eBay. You can also inform us of your decision by contacting us through eBay messages.
Once the item is received by our warehouse we will process the return. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The item is in the original packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

DC Music Shipping Policy
When will my order be shipped?
We ship our orders 7 days a week. All orders go out within 24 hours.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, eBay will send you a message stating the order has been shipped along with the tracking number. Ordered should be trackable within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please email us through eBay messages for all international shipping quotes along with the item you are wanting to purchase, the quantity, and the address in which it will be shipped to so we can get you the most accurate shipping quote.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for most items is free unless otherwise stated in the eBay listing.
How will my order be shipped?
We use both USPS and UPS for our means of shipping. Depending on the weight and location of the destination is how we determine which means of shipment we select. Items are shipped in either a bubble mailer or a cardboard box with adequate packing.
