This is a Porcelain Plate that was given to the attendees on Sunday, March 16, 1997, at the opening ceremony of Mount Sinai Memorial Parks and Mortuaries in Simi Valley. It measures 7.5" across, comes in the original box with paperwork. Just part of my collection from years in the industry.
